geostigma

I am currently 18 years old and have a history of drug abuse of the type of, marijuana, alchohol, and most over the counter pain relievers. During those uses I noticed no side effects (other than the ones expected) or physical abnormalities but just recently since I have stopped the bad habits I have began to notice that when I bend over my Liver and pretty much my entire stomache is sore. And when I dont drink or eat anything I feel so bloated and nasueated. I have also suffered from a great deal of depression (and still am) but Have lost the all motivation to go see someone about it.

More of symptoms include when I lay on my back my stomache makes a lot of weird noises like burping and gurgling sounds that move throughout it and when I try to jog or run the area of my intestines just above my pelvic area hurts really bad after a couple minutes and i am forced to stop. I sometimes have side pains in the region of my right lower back, or upper back below my shoulders that seem to be comming from the inside and when I drink water I feel a lot of pressure in these areas. I'm really scared to go to the doctor but I fear that this may be the early stages of my liver failing completely.. Please.. does anyone know whats going on?
