Re: My u/s results.

I've done 3 liver flushes in 3 months. I was scared at first, but after I did that first one, I felt great! Now I do them and don't even think twice about it. A flush would get rid of those stones and start working on the stones in your liver to get pushed down to the gallbladder and then out. It's gallbladder surgery minus the surgery. Do some internet research on flushing first---don't just jump into it without knowing what you're doing. You have to follow whatever protocol you're using exactly--no exceptions. I recommend a flush with Epsom Salts---the ES opens up the bile ducts so that the stones will come out and not get stuck. Apple juice (cider) and real apples a week before the flush softens the stones so they don't get stuck.
Flushing helps to lower cholesterol and just makes your body and organs function better--what's to be scared of about that? Also--there are no known cases of hospitalization from doing liver flushing. People might have some pain and get scared and run to the ER---but all you have to do is take another shot of ES to open the ducts up again and the stones normally come out. The only reason conventional Drs don't talk about them is because they don't know anything about them---they're only taught to push pills.

Good luck with whatever you decide---but read up on it first.
P.S. Tell your Dr to call me---I'll tell him how they DO work and how they've lowered my cholesterol, my liver enzymes, my blood sugar and have given me a new lease on life! I'll also send him to a website that's just for liver flushing and he can read ALL (I've never seen one negative story about flushing) of the positive results that come from it.

Re: My u/s results.

Thank you again..i can always count on you.. I have read about them..And I really want to do one...I have read the one with ES...Thats the one i was going to do if i do one..I went out about 2 weeks ago and got all the stuff i needed just havent done one yet..I am scared that one would get stuck..but the guy did say that they are really small so i guess there really isnt nothing to be scared of..But you said eat apples or drink apple juice for a week? How many times a day do you need to eat or drink apple juice? I am going to be brave and do it..Thanks again..Like i said i can always count on you (inyourdreams)

Re: My u/s results.

Just wish I could post a link here to direct you to a wonderful site that would and could answer any questions you might have. Hopefully along your journey, you'll come across it Some sites say to use kidney cleansers and do a parasite cleansing, but I never have and many people on the other forum haven't either. It's just all in how much you want to get into this flushing. If you do it without any other type of cleansing the first time and find you feel sick, it could be from parasites---so just do a cleanse before your next flush. All of the protocols you kinda have to play around with to suit yourself.

Here's the recipe and some information regarding the flush itself:

Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day.

Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Stop the parasite program and kidney herbs too, the day before.

Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk), baked potato or other vegetables with salt only. This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.

2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. in 3 cups water and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings, 3/4 (three fourths) cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only).

[ You can substitute 3 cups water with 3 cups freshly pressed grapefruit juice, or freshly pressed apple juice, it tastes better .]

6:00 PM. Drink one serving 3/4 (three fourths cup) of the ice cold Epsom salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. in 3/4 (three fourth) cup water now. You may add 1/8 (one eight) tsp. vitamin C powder to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards or rinse your mouth. Get the olive oil (ozonated, if possible) and grapefruit out to warm up.

8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another 3/4 (three fourths) cup of Epsom salts. You haven't eaten since two o'clock, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success.

9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 (half) cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Add 2 drops HCl to sterilize. Wash grapefruit twice in hot water and dry; squeeze by hand into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least 1/2 (half) cup, more (up to 3/4 (three fourths) cup) is best. You may use part lemonade. Add this to the olive oil. Also add Black Walnut Tincture. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh grapefruit juice does this).

Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for your ten o'clock drink. Don't be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones.

10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Drinking through a large plastic straw helps it go down easier. You may use oil and vinegar salad dressing, or straight honey to chase it down between sips. Have these ready in a tablespoon on the kitchen counter. Take it all to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons).

Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don't.

Next morning. Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don't take this potion before 6:00 am.

2 Hours Later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. You may go back to bed again.

After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.

This is the basic recipe I follow---I do not use HCI or take black walnut tincture (for parasites). I have used melatonin and the ornithine to sleep---but neither worked for me. I sleep really crappy on flush night. I use 1 cup grapefruit juice and 2 cups of water to my 4 T of ES. I also bite on a lemon wedge after downing the ES mix because it's just downright NASTY. With the OO/GJ mix, I shake it up very vigorously in a jar until it's sorta creamy and drink it down real fast. MAKE SURE you don't let yourself get dehydrated at anytime after 2pm. If you start feeling woozy or lightheaded, drink water. Just don't drink it within 30-60 min before or after any of the drinks.

I felt flu-like the morning after my first flush---then found out I was dehydrated because I had drank NOTHING during the flush. My second flush was a breeze. My third flush I felt a little woozy again, but that's just because I had so much buttpee coming out of me before the oo/gj. You know how you get the watery squirts when you have the flu? That's what this liver flush does---it gives you that flu-like feeling, but you will shoot out gallstones.

How much apples or juice? As much as you want at least a week before. Try to use organic or fresh pressed apples if possible. Personally, I've used the cheap apple juice, and real apple cider and both gave me lots of stones and nothing got stuck. They really aren't that big---I'd say my biggest was the size of 2 peas together. If you drink the ES, none should get stuck. And if you're real brave, after you pass the stones---squeeze one of them and see how soft and squishy they are. Kinda like a green waxy substance.

I have to admit I was borderline panic attack the first time I did this. I was scared I'd end up in the hospital and had given my husband all sorts of directions in case it happened. But after I did it and saw how easy it was and how good it made my body feel, I was no longer scared. Each flush you do will be different, so don't expect the same results everytime. You might have to increase or decrease certain things for your body, add more water, less juice, etc for your taste. You'll get the hang of it.

Sorry this is so long winded. If you have any questions, just let me know. Good luck and Happy Flushing!
