Please Help Me!!! - Liver & Pancreas Disorders Message Board

I just got a call from my doctor telling me that the reason my liver enzymes were high, is because I have GallStones. She suggested that I contact a surgeon to schedule a Gallbladder removal operation. I am DEAD set against having this operation, as I have never had an operation before and I have heard very bad things about this surgery. I have also found some liver/gallbladder flushes online and am VERY curious about them and if they really work. My doctor told me that since I am having no pain so far, that I may want to check with a herb-store or online for a possible non-surgical cure but that she personally didn't know of any. PLEASE HELP or any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you do some searching on this website under liver flushing you'll find the recipe I used succesfully. Those gallstones can be softened up with apples or apple juice and then passed out with the help of Epsom Salt and Grapefruits.

My daughter last year finally had her gallblader remover due to severe pain for years. she was shocked how after putting up a fight of not wanting this surgery it turned out to be less painfull then she had thought. she was back on her feet in 2 days and has a tiny scar. I had gallbalader pain once,it drove me nut's. so i went and bought a big bag of apples and juiced them in my juicer. drank them fresh juiced,all day for about 2 day's and the gallbladder pain never came back. that was five years ago. hope this helps

My gallbladder removal was like cagedbird's daughter-quick,easy and done...mine was packed w/gallstones and the bladder was turning gangrene...(I waited too long!!) Five teeny, tiny incisions, 45mins of surgery-came home 3 hrs later. I also had twin 15mo toddlers and a six yr old at home--other than sleeping when I got home on day one and part of day two-I was good to go. If the pain is bad enough, the alternative, sugery, will look like a breeze...it just depends on how bad you feel. Just hope those stones aren't too big--that can cause probs for a flush.
