Sonogram done - Liver & Pancreas Disorders Message Board

Got the results of my liver and pancreas sonogram back, they didnt see anything and the liver looked good. so what else could it be????

Hi Belinda. Sorry for your frustration so far, I understand how it can be when you're going through something and can't get a straight answer.

Perhaps if you can provide a little more history on your situation I could give a little more feedback on your situation?

I only know you have some raised blood levels and have been on Paxil at the moment and that's it. If your liver and pancreas look good, that's a positive sign. However, a sonogram isn't the be all and end all of tests and other things can happen with your liver to cause irregularities in bloodwork, that may not show inflamation.

What else could what be? What has you so worried that there's a problem with your liver? Even though test come back normal?

Let me update you guys....Been on paxil for 10 years. Had blood work done, and my liver counts are up. Had the sonogram done a few weeks ago, and the results came back normal looking.

Can Paxil raise your liver count and what else could it be if my sonogram came back normal and looking good?

Hello Danial,
Just went in for a physical a few months ago, and my blood work came back that my liver count was up. Thats all i know. so the doctor suggested that i get a sonogram. Well that was normal looking.
