| Liver Cleanse - Do They Work?????
Hi all,
I have to go for blood work for liver counts. My doc asked me to not drink for one month to get a clean reading. One month is a little to long to go without even one drink. My question, if I do a liver cleanse, will it help reduce the fatty liver enzymes at all? Also, does Milk Thistle really work
cleanse the liver of fatty deposits.
Has anyone had a doctor tell them not to drink for a whole month to see if that would help lower lver enzyme counts?
I would appreciate any feedback at all. Any help at all is welcomed.
