Hello My Ferritin is 364 and my ana scr is positive 1:80 my ggt is 86 ast 158 alt 480 im having trouble understanding what all of this means they are doing a liver biopsy on the 10 could you please answer these for me??

Use the top search engine and put in each test name with the term "liver test" and you should get good results (often from labtestsonline.org) which you can go to directly, too. Putting in "Ferritin liver test" went directly to their page which said, "How is it used?
The ferritin test is ordered to see how much iron your body has stored for future use. The test is done, usually with an iron test and the TIBC, to learn about iron levels in your blood. Ferritin is the best test for iron deficiency and a very good test for iron overload," and "When is it ordered?
If a blood count indicates that your hemoglobin and hematocrit are low, and especially if your red cells are smaller and paler than normal (microcytic and hypochromic), iron deficiency is the likely cause of the anemia. Ferritin and other iron tests can be used to confirm the diagnosis," and more.

"Ggt liver test" produced results, too. I'll let you check the rest. Good luck.

ANA (antinuclear antibodies) are not really normally found in the serum and may be representative of an autoimmune disorder. The titer (concentration) is low in your serum and they might repeat the test to make sure it was right to begin with.

Normal range for
ALT is 0 - 55 U/L
AST is 5 - 35 U/L
GGT is 0 - 40 U/L

All of these enzymes are elevated for you which may indicate some sort of inflammation of the liver.

By doing a liver biopsy, they will be able to see if your antinuclear antibodies are actually attacking your own liver cells, thus explaining your elevated liver enzymes (as liver cells are destroyed, they release these enzymes into the blood.)
