Re: spot on liver

Unfortuantly, a "spot on the liver" is very vague. I recently went through finding a "mass on liver" and did a bunch of research online. There are 3 major types of benign liver masses and chances are that is probably what your friend has. Primary liver cancers are very rare. Sometime someone will have cancer elsewhere in the body and it then moves to the liver. I would suggest waiting until after the tests are completed and you have more information to search online. It is very overwhelming and it is seems that one answer just leads to more questions. Good luck to your friend. How did she end up getting checked anyways? Was she have any symptoms?

Re: spot on liver

Thank you Jeanie. She was feeling really weak, sleeping all the time run down so her husband asked her to have some blood work done and this is what came back. She's at the hospital right now having 4 more test done.Just have to think positive for her she'll be ok.She does have 2 daughters 15 and 18 so I pray everything is ok.I'll let you know.

Thanks again,
Mary
