| liver enzmes found to be 700
Hi I recently was treated for a bladder infection. My liver enzmes went up from 58-700 in less than 2 weeks. Was put on Cipro 500 mg 2x a day. I am also on diabetes pills Glutmeza 2000 mg a day. I had fever, chills, nausea and diarrhea since my bladder infection and I also have on going diarrhea. My question is I was taken off my choletrol pills, ezetrol and lipidil EZ and also my Glumetza until my doctor can figure out why my liver has gone up so high.
I have no appetite and whatever I eat upsets my stomach and I have a metallic taste in my mouth.
What do you think is causing my liver to be so elevated?
