At First The Doctors Said I Had Hep C But Then Went For More Test And Revealed That I Didnt Now There Saying That My Liver Is Inflamted Or Elivated But If Its Not Hep C Then What Else Can Be Causeing My Liver To Inflamate?

yes when i was younger i wet to the doctor already they have run so many test and cant find nothing

There could be other reasons for conditions that cause liver inflammation. Have you had you LFT's taken? If you haven't drank for years (as it sounds) then that would not be the cause. Your doc should do further investigation. If they're not a GI, find one.
