how can you raise electrolytes?

my hubby is in end stage cirrhosis. his electrolytes (in addition to everything else) has bottomed out. they say this is what caused him to have seizures. they put him on keppra to stop seizures and gave him a bunch of stuff in his IV to raise his electrolytes. this was april 6. the dr called and his lab work from last week shows they have bottomed out again. he went in for more lab work today and will go in to talk to dr on monday. is there anything i can do to raise his electrolytes?
