Hi Dawn, welcome to the club. Please come join us in our support group thread. One of the ladies that had surgery this year is from NY, but she has not been around for a little bit. I am sure someone will check in to help you. The best place to be is at a teaching hospital. My doctor was the Director of the Liver Transplant Unit at the University hospital here. It is always a good place to start.
So sorry you have to join our club, we would be glad to answer any questions you might have. There are 7 or 8 of us that had surgery this year and went through many different things.
