what does it mean if my liver counts are in the 900's

I am having so much trouble understanding all this. I went for a blood test and it showed I'm positive for hep c but underneath in perenthasis it showed (neg) now I have to go to a liver specialist because my number were in the 900's. What does all this mean, I'm pretty scared honestly.

The only way to accuarately dx hepC is by biopsi. Can't determine meaning of your blood test without seeing completely. Don't know what "my number" is that your referring to. High alt or ast and could be acute in nature. Your hepatologist will be able to explain in detail.
