Hi , this is my first time posting so hope you don't mind me jumping in here.

For the last 3 months I have had continual pain in the upper right hand side, under my ribs. It never leaves me although some days it is better than others. It almost feels like an ache or punch and my ribs can become very tender. On really bad days I have had chest pain and a rapid heart beat.

I have crohn's disease and the doctors keep telling me it is connected - even though an endoscopy, and inflammation count showed normal (for me). I have had crohns since a child and never had anything like this.

The doctor recently did a blood test for iron and thyroid and they were both also normal.

He has now given me sleeping tablets and beta blockers almost saying I am stressed and getting worked up about it. I have taken these for 2 weeks with no relief.

I feel very sick, not eating and tiredness like you wouldn't believe. I also have puffy and watery eyes , the whites also look really dull.

Do any of these symptoms sound familiar.. Could it be caused by all the pain killers I have taken for my bowel condition or is it all im my head like the Doc is hinting.

Any advice would be great as I am worried sick and that inself does make things worse.
