Post Liver enzymes
7 years ago I overdosed on Tylenol. The last few years when I've had physicals it has come up on tests that I have high liver enzymes. Since I'm overweight it's usually written of to the weight because I don't drink (althought they don't believe me). I'm sure it's due to the Tylenol though. Can my liver heal? What can happen with elevated enzymes or a fatty liver? How can I fix it or can I? What are the long term affects?

Lose weight is what they told me and stop drinking..the only way to diagnose fatty liver for sure is a liver biopsy..and yes a fatty liver can be reversed in a matter of 3 months if you lose weight or stop drinking whatever is the cause for your fatty liver..Lisa
