I'm not sure how high mine are either, but I suspect its mild. I had tests for hypertension including a liver screen. The attendant told me all numbers were prefect except liver was a bit high, but indicative of someone that casually drinks. My doctor never said a word about it, nor addressed it for two years after that. Then I got a new doctor who received the original doctor's records. He saw the number from two years ago and ordered another test to see if they 'normalized'. Since the concern was there for one and not the other, I'm assuming it was marginal. It's been three weeks since the last test and I haven't had a call on it, so I suspect they aren't grossly high (I hope). I guess my question is that if the cause is benign and confirmed, then is it just let go; kind of like a fever? A fever will not hurt you, but whatever is causing it might. If the cause is confirmed to be harmless, is it dismissed?
