| Please help w/ my Liver Test Results
Hello,
I need help in understanding my blood tests for my liver. I had my blood drawn on 4/9/09. Lipid Panel all seems to be within normal range. When it comes to the "Hepatic Function Panel", my Protein Total and my Albumin are out of range. My Globulin, Calculated is not out of range, but it is a little high.
The only reason my GI did these tests was because I had told him I wanted a liver biopsy. I want a liver biposy, because an abdominal sonogram I had done in December showed that I have a mild fatty liver.
What does it mean that these aforementioned things are out of range? I am 24, 150 lbs, and everything was normal with me up to 6 months ago. I have been taking Omeprazole for about a month.
