Liver Enzymes slightly elevated What does this mean?

I just recently had a blood test for my liver because I am on cholesterol medicine. I have no gallbladder either. My doctor called me to go over my blood test so I have to see her tomorrow morning to discuss my liver enzymes which was mildly elevated. This happen to me before about 5 months ago which my other doctor was concerned. This new doctor I have wants to talk to me about it. I was tested earlier and it was normal. So they are mildly elevated again what does this mean????

I did have a fatty liver about a year ago but I lost 55 lbs. since then. This kinda scares me.
