Is this a liver lesion?

Hello, I am 40 year old female with a long medical history. Went to Er the other night and had ct scan, ended up with a Pulmonary Embolism. I have been followed by John Hopkins for the past year for a lesion (IPMN) on my pancreas. Last visit was in August, with CT scan. This current scan also noted Parafalciform Hypoattenuated lesion measuring 2.3 centimeters. I dont think this is pancreas lesion, and when I put words in it comes back with liver. Has anyone ever heard of this?

I also have Lupus, blood clotting disorder (apls) celiac and thyroid problems. I am not obese, I eat healthy, also showed fatty infiltrates on liver (which I have had for about 10 years)

Thanks so much.

What is this and does anyone else have or had this?
