perplexing question

a couple of months ago i had an ultrasound done of the abdomin because i was having pressure, kinda like a knot in the muscle under my right rib..also my liver enzymes were slightly off...well the ultrasound showed that the pancreas, gallbladder, liver and kidneys were all fine and i had blood work again and the enzymes were back to normal..but now a couple of months later i still have the muscle knot feeling...so now i don't know what to do...would a C-scan show more....also would an ultrasound pick up a hernia...or should i be looking into ways of trying to stretch a tight muscle...i've had this since last july...questions, questions, questions
