What is a Fatty Liver?
How to treat this or tackle this?
My doctor seemed to be not muuch concerned when it was diagnosed during health check up, is it something which disappears as you shed your body fat through exercise etc.?
My doctor told me I have a fatty liver (non-alcoholic) and I had extremely high liver panel results and ultrasounds done. He put me on actos and metaformin. Some studies show that it improves your liver function. Still all new to me so I am doing a lot of research.

Jess you said in another roost you had yellow eyes? Did the doctors say you were jaundice and why? I didn't think a fatty live caused yellow eyes

Yes very true, a friend works in a radiology lab told me they don't even include fatty liver as an abnormality in the findings on reports anymore, thats how common it is.
