mildly raised amaysle

my amaysle is 130 do u think i may have pancrastis??i suffer from gastrtitis to tried everything to make it better but it wont ended up in hospital as horribil pains in my back and left hand side where stomach and pancras is they kept me in 4 days and put me on iv then sent me for ultrasound to check gallbladder it was fine i know my amaylse is not that high but do u think it could indicate a problem with my pancras??please respond any advice
