ALT down to 81 from 210

While on 10mg of lipator a day. My liver levels went up after I started taking cholesterol meds.

I started taking 1 coq10, 1 fish oil, 2 flax seed pills and 2 oat bran pills daily. I also take a garlic pill, a vitamin e and a pomogranite supplement.

I quit taking a multi vitamin and vitamin C because my ferratin levels were high.

I did not stop drinking and my leves dropped from 210 to 81 in about 3 months.

Not sure what did it but I am going to keep taking the supplements because something is working/

Also my cholesterol dropped from 278 to 244 and my LDL from 182 to 138 and I am only on a half a dose of lipitor because of the side effects.

Just thought I would share.
