Mildly Elevated Liver Enzynes

My daughter who is 19 had gallbladder surgery 4 weeks ago. Yesterday she went as follow up with her doctor and they told her that her liver enzynes where mildly high. She wants to see my daughter in one month. She told my daughter to excercise and no medication. Should I worry about this at this point or just go with what the doctor said. Anyone has any suggestions.
