 New to liver problems
Hi my name is Nancy. I'm new to this board and to liver problems.
My Endocrinologist noticed on my recent lab work that my liver numbers were super high so she sent me to a G.I. I saw the GI today and he is running a bunch of lab work and doing am ultrasound on Monday.
So here is my question:
All the poking and prodding he did today has me in a lot of pain tonight so I was wondering if it's all right to use a heating pad on that area?
I'm looking for some pain relief but I don't want to do anything that could possibly cause my liver any more damage.
