Funygrl61 Newbie (female) Join Date: Aug 2012 Location: New York Posts: 1	Adenoma 5 cm. I have been diagnosed with several adenomas and two hemangiomas. Due to the size of the 5 cm one, the surgeon is recommending surgery to remove at least this large one. I am scheduled in a couple of weeks. The doctor has reassured me that I will be fine, but I am so scared of this surgery. He said he will start laparoscopically and might have to cut as well. I am going to Sloan Kettering and was wondering if anyone here has has this surgery and how recovery was.
