| How serious is it?
I need to know what my ALT / AST reports mean. I have an ALT and AST level of 70 and 120. Is this serious? What should I do?
I am a 21 year old asian male. My info: weight 174 lbs, height 5'9, body fat percentage estimate 12%. I recently got back from a 2 month trip in China. Before that I didnt drink at all. In China I ate a lot of greasy chinese food everyday and occasional drinking. I drank the most towards my last 2 weeks there. My diet in the states is regular and I exercise regularly with full court basketball for up to 3 hrs every 2 days.
Next week I will be getting an ultrasound
