anyone on Ursodiol

I've been scouring the internet for a month trying to find information about gallbladder and liver issues for dogs. Our vet gave us Denamarin (SAM-e and milk thistle) and Ursodiol which only seem to make things worse. Removed both and he's improving, but I don't know what to try to replace them with. My dog has been experiencing exactly what you described - excruciating pain that seems to seize up his muscles and now the specialist is wondering if he has arthritis. NO! His muscles are contracting so strongly that he just can't walk or breath right! I think we're done with these meds and will stick with 500mg milk thistle only. I've never seen anything so heartbreaking and my thoughts are will all of you suffering through this.
