I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver recently. My previous blood test gamma GT has gone down from 289 U/I to 97.81. Similarly, my ferritin has gone down from 467 ng/ml to 381.8 ng/ml. However, my recent test result for the gamma gt has gone up from 97.81 U/I to 234 U/I and Ferritin from 381. to 423 ng/ml. My iron is noraml 98 ug/dl and total iron binding capacity is 292 ug/dl.

Please explain my situation.
