FNH after surgery and yawning

Just over a week ago I had a liver resection to remove a FNH tumor. Every day I get a little better however when I yawn I feel extremely sick as if I'm about to vomit and also get a little dizzy, its not like a normal yawn its painful.

I used to get this feeling before the operation if I yawned laying down, but now its all the time.

Has anyone experienced this?

I'm also back to breathing normally, but everynow and then I'll quickly have to take a deep breath and feel as though I'm not getting enough oxygen, after I go back to normal and there is no real pain or anything.

Any sort of insight would be helpful, off to the doctors Monday but I doubt they'll be able to help.
