Laparoscopic Liver Resection - FNH

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can offer me a bit of insight.

Roughly about 4 weeks ago I had a laparoscopic liver resection to remove a large tumor called Focal Nodular Hyperplasia (FNH).

I still feel as though I'm having trouble breathing and wondering if anyone can reccommend any excercises I can start? I lifted something heavy the other day and my largest cut started to sting a lot (happened a few times now). Really wanting to start getting active again though! I figure walking or running, but don't want to push myself too hard. Anyone have any experience with fitness?

Any insight would be much appreciated
