| Pain under rightside of ribcage

As you may see at left side i am very new here and this is my first post.
Here is my story:
I have hepatitis B about 17 years. First time was detected in 1996 since then i am getting blood test for every 6 months and Echo test every year.
My was AST = 22 and ALT = 21 so far.
However, i start to have pain under my right rib cage about 2-3 weeks ago.
Sometimes having pain(about 4-5 seconds long) everyday, sometimes nothing for 3-4 days, sometimes having pain 5-6 times a day.
Also last 6 days i have pain my back (at right side) but i have pain only if i move(not small moves).
I went to doctor and had blood test on Tuesday and i have appointment with a hepatologist on Wednesday. At that day, i will have urine test, test for blood in the stool and echo(I don't know how to say in English)
According my blood test result, my AST is 32 and ALT is 59(high value)
Why is this time have my enzymes got high? I have 5 days to go to doctor and thinking of this makes me unable to sleep also i cannot stop thinking of this therefor i have a lot of stress that makes me crazy(even i cannot play with my son at home.)
If requested, i can scan and post my entire blood test result but tell you first it is in Japanese.
