I haven't had the procedure, but my wife had a cardiac cath which is similar.

It's always possible to have some trouble with bleeding at the biopsy site or where the catheter is introduced, but if all goes well, I believe it should be no worse than a trip to the dentist.

You'll need to keep quiet and avoid exertion or lifting for 24 hours or so to reduce the risk of bleeding, but my wife was fine with her procedure the next day.
