Can anyone help me?

This is not the first time I post on here but I'm going to go for it again since I'm still incredibly worried. If anyone could help I would truly appreciate it.

So firstly I am 22, male, and I was diagnosed with mono in august.

I've been having this on and off sort of dull ache under my rib cage from the center to the right side for about 3 months now. The pain has also radiated to my back. My appetite is reduced compared to what it normally would be, and nearly every time I eat I feel bloated, slightly nauseous and extremely uncomfortable. Along with this I have pale stools, lately they've been a very light brown color, almost yellowish. They also emit tiny bubbles that seem to collect themselves at the top of the bowl, at times my stools float (I would guess that i'm not properly digesting fat).
Perhaps as a result of a decreased appetite (perhaps not) I have lost about 6 pounds (i was 174, I now weigh 168).

These symptoms seem to indicate a problem with a bile duct, liver, gallbladder or pancreas. In the early stages of mono I had high ALT's, but they've since receded. So far I've seen a GI specialist along with my regular doctor... ill list the tests I've completed:
- full bloods (normal)
- lung x-ray (normal)
- 2 abdominal ultrasounds (nothing found, save for a tiny cyst on my liver that was deemed unthreatening)
- gastroscopy/upper endoscopy (normal)
- I am waiting for the results of the biopsy for celiac disease.

So with all these normal tests my doctors are refusing to send me for a CT scan, they feel it is unnecessary. My GI and emergency room doctors seem confident that I do not have a gallbladder problem as well. They all seem to think I have damaged muscle in my abdominal region but I'm fairly sure it isn't...
I honestly have no clue what to do.. I've even recently started to have this full body itchiness, it's been three days that I get itchy just about anywhere on my body at random, without a rash or hive to be found. This is not anxiety.
Can anyone share an experience, shred of advice, ANYTHING. I really would appreciate any help I can get.

Re: Can anyone help me?

I have read that the bubbles are from having candida overgrowth in the colon. A colon hydrotherapist also told me this.
