I have been short of breath at different moments during the day for a couple of weeks now. I tried to ignore it, thinking it was just from anxiety or something else. (btw i smoked from ages 15-22, now i'm 23 and i smoke now only when i drink)

Today after i was done using a eliptical exercise machine, a few minutes later i started to have pains in both of my lower lungs, and now my breathing seems restricted.

Also, every now and then i have a pain just below my neck, which started for awhile this morning, and it comes and goes. This happens at least a few time a month. I will be visiting the doctor today, but not one that can offer me imaging like MRI or X-Ray. i won't have med insurance for a few weeks. Does anyone have an idea of what this may be?
