I was diagnosed in October with blood clots in my legs and about a dozen in my lungs. My oxygen levels were normal when resting before I ws discharged from the hospital but dropped immediately into the 70's upon standing. I have been on oxygen 24/7 ever since. How do I know when I can stop using the oxygen? I have normal levels except upon exertion -- going up stairs, etc. -- but then the levels very quickly return to 95 or above. I get short of breath and very nauseated upon exertion.
