Enlarged Lymph in Aortic Pulmonary Window

Hi. Does anyone know what this means. I have a 5mm nodule that they have been watching. My latest CT states "enlarged lymph node in the aortic pulmonary window measuring 1.4cm". It also states the my cardiac size is at the upper limits of normal.

Any help into what this means would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Sue
