Mild Scarring in Lung Apices

I had a recent neck ct scan with contrast regarding a neck mass. But, it was noted in the report that there was mild scarring in lung apices---
does anyone know what this might mean
should I have this looked into
should I just bring it up with my pcp or make an appt. with a pulmonary specialist
When I was a child I initially tested positive to the tb tine test. And then had another test that showed negative.
I was in third grade or so I think. The whole thing is a blur to me and not too much was made of it except I had to have the second test.
I am in my 50's now. I have no lung issues that I know of and though over the years had two bouts with bronchitis that were pretty tough.
I have never smoked.
