rheumatic lung

My doctor believes that I have rheumatic lung due to my symptoms. Also he believes that I have rheumatic arthritus ( even though blood tests come back normal). He basis this dx on family history, my symptoms, and the fact THAT I respond to steroids. THe dx on rheumatic lung are based on my symptoms even though my lungs are clear. Ant thoughts?
