| Re: sudamonis bacteria
It's called pseudomonas. It's a bacteria that thrives in water or wet environments. Usually doesn't cause issues with healthy individuals; however, ones that are immune suppressed, have lung issues like cystic fibrosis, it's a very difficult bug to get rid of. It's usually treated with tobramycin, cipro... So I'm sure they'll figure out what antibiotic would be best for her.
DS cultured it in his lungs a couple times and at the time didn't have symptoms other than some sinus issues, he was put on tobramycin nebulized and an oral antibiotic when he showed symptoms.
