Hi Rose - How are you? I looked in some medical sites to find out what your lung condition is so I would understand it better. This is a lung inflammation? Can they treat it with corticosteroids or antibiotics?
Yes it is a disease that causes swelling in the lungs,but the swelling causes the lungs to scar up,and eventually the lungs become fully scarred.
I was on prednisone for almost 5 months before the surgery,and was still not improving.
I am going by what my surgeon told me.
