Trouble Breathing in the shower

Hello,
Firstly me: not particularly fit, but never had any health issues - no asthma which is what i saw is linked. 15, during puberty.
So this morning I got into the shower which i do every so often, but this time i had real difficulty breathing which i never had before. I felt the air was heavy and i had to open the door and gasp for a bit of cool air. Again, never any issues with health nor showers, but this time it went extremely unusual and i'm not convinced i want to shower in the short-term.
If it is related I am fairly depressed but I keep myself ok, especially in the mornings so i dont think thats related if it is.
Any ideas? Obviously an issue in my everyday hygeine (i'll resort to baths though )
Thanks

Re: Trouble Breathing in the shower

Were you using any heavily scented body washes or shampoos? Sometimes a heavy scent can bring on an asthma like reaction.

Re: Trouble Breathing in the shower

It's possible it's just the air in the shower. Cause when ppl take showers it gets really steamy like in a steam room & if you stay in a steamroom too long it can be hazardous for your health I do believe so I'd say just cut your shower short as possible if you have to take one if it's causing problems or take a bath.
