Regula

I have sinus infection, sinus headache and post nasal drip with mucus in my throat making breathing occasionally bad when i do sit but better when i lie down or when i exercise.

After nasal irrigation i noticed pink streak and pink color of mucus.

Water used for irrigation was not hot and not very salty. Could it be i damaged my sinuses? Or came it from lungs? I usually do not have cough, i swallow all post nasal mucus.
