What? --- The heck does this mean?

Crescentic pleural reaction noted posteriorly at the right lung base with calcification surrounding the central crescent of low density, likely representing sequela of chronic effusion/empyema.

This was in a report that the ER Dr. got back from the CAT scan they ran on me because of my kidneys.
