chest pain, trouble breathing, black sputum

I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and for a few months now I have had a lot of trouble breathing. I have had chest pain on and off and have been coughing up black sputum every day (recently I have seen some blood as well.) I have seen a pulmonary doctor who did an EKG, echocardiogram, chest x-rays, an exersize test and other tests with normal results. This doctor already gave up but the symptoms are getting worse every day. Can some please help me with this?
