Pulmonary Function Test/Military

I'm in the military and have been having trouble with my breathing. I get burning sensation when I breathe in and out. It also feels like I can't get a deep enough breath. And I also have a numbness feeling in my chest. I took a pulmonary function test and from that they diagnose me with asthma. My wife has asthma and from what she tells me it doesn't seem like I have asthma. These are my PFT results. First number is pre-albuterol and second is post albuterol.

FVC- 5.60/5.72
FEV1- 4.03/4.84
FEV1/FVC%- 72/85
FEF 25-75%-3.18/4.98
FEF MAX- 7.28/8.54
FEF50%/FIF50%- 73/120
FIF MAX- 4.49/4.49
FIF 50%- 3.62/4.40
FIVC- 5.01/5.28

No one in my family has asthma and I never have had any history of asthma. Is it possible that I have something else? Any help is appreciated.
