pjr2000 Newbie (female) Join Date: Oct 2012 Location: canada Posts: 2	pneumonia after surgery I had an ureteroscopy done under general anesthesia and woke up with pneumonia with an SAT of 84. I spent 4 days with nasal cannula with 2 litres of oxygen on at all times until the morning of discharge was on antibotics first by iv then by mouth. How often does this happen?
