We have an appointment today to discuss her current flare up and what
we should be doing about it. We also will bring a copy of the diagnosis
of the skin disorder she has (granuloma annulare) with us.
What questions should we be asking?
We do feel that he has neglected her in the past he doesn't take the lupus
blood test very often and he doesn't have her go for bone density test.
I don't think he knows how to read the blood tests properly for lupus activity
and that scares us
what do you think?
We are scheduled to see this other rheumy which is suppose to be good with
I would probably take this opportunity with the Rheumy to talk about your mom's mood swings. Maybe he can help out with that, if he isn't being a bone head!! It sounds like he isn't very good.. I am glad that your mom will be seeing a different one. You could also ask about the rash, and what she can do to fix it. Just write a list of your concerns and hope that he will help you. Good luck!!
