I can enlighten you a bit here I think!
ANA 1:320 diffuse <--- This is positive, and the diffuse means that this could be a Lupus stain (the diffuse part). Often people that have a speckled or diffuse stain have Lupus in the present of symptoms
dna neg <-- your anti-dna is negative, but in some people when the ANA is positive the Anti-dna is negative
sm neg <-- This is the anti-SM test.. negative
rheumatoid factor 7 (neg?) <-- This is negative
c3 117 <-- this is a normal test (sometimes in Lupus this can be low when kidney problems are active)
c4 32 <-- This is normal too (same as above)
sed 1 [B] <--- This is your ESR or sed rate. It can be raised with non specific inflammation, but in some people it never raises above normal!
Any other blood tests that were a bit out of range, or urine workup? Hope this helps a bit!
