I'm guessing you mean other than the ANA, C3 and C4, Lupus coag, etc. The only thing I can think of that would show up in a routine blood test is some of the distortions with the red blood cells. Trying to think of the name... arrgghh. Thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), Anemia (low hemoglobin or red blood cells), leukopenia/neutropenia (which both have to do with white blood cells). I think a regular CBC would catch most of those. Oh, also, a high level of creatinine can indicate kidney problems (not done in a CBC, I don't think, but often done routinely).
That's all I can think of for now. There's probably more, and I'll leave that to others. I should have been in bed hours ago! LOL
