nasal sores
Just wondering what nasal sores look like with lupus. I awoke to find this new symptom. This looks like raised white pimples and I'm really hoping I'm wrong on this one. Thanks.

Hi Sam, maybe they are different in different people but, for me it's more of an "open wound" similiar to what you'd get on your arm & then scabs over. Usually about the size of a dime or smaller. But, check with your ear nose throat doctor on yours. Hope that helps!
